Here's How It Works!

Step1

Reach Out to Us

To start your JAMIKAencore journey, simply send us an email letting us know you'd like to sell one of your purchased Jamika items. Before contacting us, be sure to check the requirements at the bottom of the page to ensure your item qualifies.

Step2

Send Us Your Item

Package your item and send it to K & J von Muehlenen, Endlikerstrasse 99, 8400 Winterthur. Feel free to use any packaging you prefer—there's no need to return it in the original box.

Step3

Item Inspection

Once we receive your item, we'll carefully inspect it to ensure it's in good condition and ready for resale. The item must be free of stains, damage, or any other signs of wear.

Step4

Cleaning & Payment

If your item passes inspection, we'll give it a thorough cleaning and then transfer the payment directly to you. Typically, you can expect to receive between 20% and 30% of the original purchase price.

Step5

Resale

Finally, we’ll list your item on our website, ready for purchase at a reduced price and prepared for a new life. Thank you for being part of the JAMIKAencore initiative and helping us make the world a better place.

Requirements

  • The item cannot be older than 6 months from the date of purchase
  • The item must be in good condition - without stains or any physical damage
  • A proof of purchase under the same name must be presented
  • The delivery fee is subject to the customer
